"I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for the fantastic job that Hetter Heating & Cooling did getting a new furnace in my house during the week between Christmas and New Years ! I was so amazed and pleased that you were able to get this installation scheduled the next day. Your technicians Walt and Kevin are excellent ambassadors for your company! They were both very professional and pleasant! They spent the better part of the day here, completing this installation. As you may recall, it was a very tight space they had to work in and it did not make for an easy installation. They did such a great job! They talked with me at the start of the process, midway through the installation and again when the installation was completed. They explained the details of the work that was going to be done, they explained some issues that I needed to be aware of and address related to air conditioning and explained what I needed to do going forward in the way of care for the new furnace. They answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. And at the end of the day, they left no indicators that they had been there, except for a warm and comfortable house. Again, my thanks ! This entire first experience with Hetter Heating & Cooling was pleasant, professional, stress-free and quite informative for me. You are my HVAC team from this day forward.
