"I want to thank Hetter Heating & Cooling for the positive experience I had over the weekend. Chuck graciously interupted his family activities on Sunday to come and diagnose the terminal status of my old unit and fixed it so I'd be cool the remainder of the day.
He returned Monday with Danny to install my new Trane A/C. I found both to be very courteous and extremely focused on the details of their work. I could cite several instances where I noticed "quality traits" that I don't see just anywhere. From Danny excusing himself to go back outside to move the old unit to the truck and pre-place the new unit because he was concerned about killing the grass if the units sat too long while they worked inside, to Chuck's meticulous manner in sealing around the furnace when the job was done so it would look good, this team was simply excellent.
It's clear to see why Hetter has won so many service awards. I won't hesitate to call for myself, or refer you to others, when your services are needed."
