Since 1963, your friends and neighbors have counted on Hetter's no-nonsense, honest approach to your heating & cooling needs. Our service techs are NATE certified — meaning they have achieved the highest certification in the industry. The NATE certification is a grueling 3-hour test that requires months of study preparation even for the most experienced technician. What this means to you — our customer — is not only the most reliable evaluation of your specific service problem in the region, but reduced diagnostic time.
Hetter's commitment to constantly updating our employee's training is directly reflected in our customer satisfaction surveys. You name the third party evaluator — Angie's List (Super Service Award winner every year since 2001), Trane (Highest Customer Satisfaction numbers for our region in 2008), Better Business Bureau (A rating) — Hetter shines. What this should indicate to you is our customers trust us and so can you.
While we are a factory authorized service center for Trane, we provide service for all makes and models. Our service technicians are instructed to diagnose your problem and give you a professional opinion as to your best course of action.
Our service fleet utilizes the latest diagnostic technologies to quickly and efficiently determine the nature of your service problem. Our technicians are not only fully trained and EPA certified, but at Hetter Heating & Cooling we have taken another step: ALL SERVICE TECHS HAVE PASSED A NATIONAL BACKGROUND SCREEN. To you, the homeowner and our valued customer, that should mean peace of mind.
We pride ourselves on responding quickly to those most in need - NO HEAT or NO COOL. For emergency repairs, we're available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
A big part of service is maintenance. Hetter Heating & Cooling offers a one, two or three year maintenance agreement which includes two clean & checks per year: one in the spring on your air conditioner, one in the fall on your furnace. Like an automobile, your HVAC system needs to be maintained for safety and efficiency.
"To whom it may concern: I would like to commend your technician Lance. He was recently here to check my furnace for winter. He has always been very professional, polite and neat. He makes sure that I understand if there is a problem and gives me options for correcting or replacing the equipment. Your company is fortunate to have such a competent employee. It is a pleasure to do business with him. P.S. Please be sure to compliment him for me." Barbara - Clintonville
